7. Thanks! The last one represents a pretty amazing moment for me

on the road across the valley to Acoma Pueblo, New Mexico. It was about 90*, and that thunderstorm passed directly over me. Before it got to me, it was like you could feel the totality of the volume of space in that valley, while the only sound seemed to come from the thunder and lightning coming out of that cloud...it was awesome! :D

17. All 3 are very special and haunting. As much as I love Acoma Pueblo

that third one really gets me, too. I can resonate with what you are telling, though I was there in different weather, I got out to photograph that road a couple of times.

18. The first two were taken in Hunaduara Castle, Romania, a few years back

that's my youngest daughter in the first one.

The Acoma Pueblo shot was taken on a 4 week road trip I took coming back to California after dropping my oldest daughter off at Med School in Philly; I am are flying back there next week to begin "The Great Migratory Trek Back to California," as she has now completed her medical studies and will become a resident physician in SoCal. So...more cross-country photos to come.

14. mine has to be a repost from last Easter

I am away from home on a laptop, so I did a search for my last year's Easter picture that I posted here. This almost made it into the "favorite picture of 2009" as my entry so I don't mind the repost a year later.

20. What I love about your top two is the colors specifically.

First the wondrous Mo in all cool colors except for the nose, of course, and then the melange of browns in the dogs, all warm and cuddly colors.
Maya A wrote a poem about all the colors of brown and black people, it reminds me of that.
Love them, and it's a great theme for a thread.
