I recently got back from a hiking trip to some local mountains (Idyllwild, CA) and thought I'd share a few photos with you...

Lily Rock - 1/2 way up shot that shows expansive views to the west. You'd be able to see the Pacific Ocean if it weren't for the marine layer along the coast.
