It's a spooktacular photo. I think it will go over very well. The photo is a superb culmination from the video.

It had a bit more innocence and sense of serendipity than mine, though.
Anyone who wants to say that the photo was submitted by a female to anyone who's freaking out; that would be helpful.

It really shouldn't matter who submitted it, or what sex they were. If people choose to be offended, they will. If they choose to be offended, then they will be in the camp that wanted WWII era pinup posters banned.

It's a great photo. I personally am going to avoid the naysayers.

I have quite a bit more sympathy for those that don't want to see blood and guts. That doesn't mean I agree with them, but at least I can see their point of view.

I think you and I have the only red leaves, Celebration. I jettisoned 2 intended entries because others entered very similar things, but our red leaves are dissimilar enough, besides, my main leaf is cognac colored. I also got tired of making new choices.

44. I just love the photos

and I hesitate saying that because I have one submitted (just feels funny). So... Mine aside, which I'm OK with - the autumn season theme has produced some truly outstanding photos. I love the 'approaches' - which are as varied as the regions and countries. The scenes are both traditional and different - all at the same time. The color is spectacular. Truly outstanding photos.

Ohheckyeah...a beautiful depiction of Mabry Mill at its very best time of year. I can be there in under an hour drive from here, but it's been a while, so I am delighted with that photo.

I love Mabry Mill. I live about an hour and a half away from it going on the Parkway. We drove up on the Parkway yesterday but most of the color is gone now.

48. I would comment more

but Terry came home from Miami and all he brought me was a nasty cold virus. Then he went back toward Miami. I am airheaded (more so than normal) and hoping to curl up in the couch until this is gone.

Flowers don't tend to do well in fall contest specially with some of the gorgeous vista's and colors already in it. I like that the contest are getting harder and harder to vote in. :)
