1. For this exact date,
Edited on Fri Feb-25-11 07:22 PM by Blue_In_AK
I came up with these fairly quickly:

February 25, 2007 - World Championship sprint sled dog race (part of annual Anchorage Fur Rendezvous).

This is February 25, 2010 - Shannyn Moore shaking hands with Mike Williams, tribal leader and Iditarod musher, at the taping of her weekly TV show

I haven't taken any photos since our return from Costa Rica except for a couple of the built-in bookcase HullBoss finished. We'll be going downtown for the Fur Rondy parades and stuff tomorrow and Iditarod starts next week, so I'll be back behind a camera again.

5. Everyone's photos are great!
But put this under Mira's so I could suggest something for at night. If you feel it safer to were the plastic thing at night find an old t-shirt that you don't mind cutting up. Cut the neck and sleeves off. Slide your arm into it, wrap it loosely around your arm, then put the plastic cast on. It should protect your skin and is washable. Have to say that is a neat idea you have there. I can't imagine not having anything between your skin and the cast.

Hope you are feeling better.

8. ...
thanks!
they give you a tube of soft cotton that goes on the arm first. BUT the edges of the plastic nevertheless poke at my swollen damaged skin.
i covered the edges with cottonswab filled strips of cloth and taped them on with duct-tape and still suffered. the bungee situation is better. though the other made for better photo opportunities.
