1. I'd jump on that

I've used Adorama, Blurb and Shutterfly and that's a great price and quite frankly I like the quality of their work and in my case I can just run over and pick up the job when it's done. Their prices and quality of their prints are pretty good too, I usually stock up on their pre paid print packs when they go on sale.

2. I've done a couple of them with Snapfish

I can't remember now what the price was, but that does sound reasonable to me.
They sometimes have specials: buy one get one free, but it would have to be the same set up repeated in an identical second book.

3. I've done them, specially

when I get conned into shooting a wedding. I have only used My Publisher since I've been happy with them, especially for the way I do the books. I'd say go for it if it is only 20 bucks for 28 pages. My publisher runs specials but not sure how they would match up. I have only gotten the bigger books.
