3. You might have been more successful than you realize..
I can't tell for absolute positive sure on these resized images but I think I found two meteors in your first image, they might be satellites but it would be a real coincidence to get two satellites on parallel courses in one fifteen second shot.

Did you happen to capture these during the Perseid shower?

4. they are from last night
I didnt see them with the naked eye so Im not sure if they are airplanes or meteors. it was after the peak of the perseids's and it was shortly after sunset(august 17th about 9:15 local time)

5. Shortly after sunset could make it more likely satellites..
Although I've taken a lot of images and I don't think I've ever had one with two satellites at once in that manner and I'm under the flight path for Hartsfield depending on wind direction, I know all too well what airplanes look like on a time exposure.

Of course two meteors in fifteen seconds is fairly unusual too, particularly outside a shower.

Your camera really renditions the reds well, it's amazing how much difference a fast lens makes on the ability to pick up nebulosity.

6. The links to the HDR pics are broken.
However, going to your flickr stream shows the goodness!
