11. I don't think I've ever had that,
but if it tastes like pork, it has to be good.

The moose meat is very lean, but very sweet-tasting, nothing gamey about it at all, no aftertaste even without seasoning. We don't hunt, but we encounter moose meat at other people's dinners occasionally.

12. My brother in law is an avid hunter, so wild meat is always served at
Family get togethers.

BTW, Buffalo is very good too.

Yes, the colors add so much, but it is the sharpness of the detail, I can practically count every hair on them,plus their relaxed pose adds to interest of the photo.
