Went to a Cyclocross today. If you've never been to one,

you need to seek out the nearest event. There are so many opportunities for photos, especially if it is muddy. It slows the riders, making a photographer's job easier.

1. These are great Alfredo! You must have

had a blast photographing this event. I truly like the expressions on the faces of the last two photos shown here.

While reviewing your stream it's evident that this is a difficult sport, particularly in the rain.

2. Thanks. It was a perfect day for such an event. This time around I left my

New camera at home, and took my point and shoot. I knew there would be wonderful faces, and a lot of messy goodness to capture. I really like the faces on the muddy slope and the look on the young girl's face.

The racers knew the mud will make the race much more difficult, but mud is what makes cyclocross cyclocross.
