so busy this past week...no real photography but story of my life. I was working in queens and took last week to go up to my house in Vermont to do fix-ups and ready it for the renters... we sold the place in Michigan this week and am renting the place in Northern Vermont so I am homeless again. But I have my sweetie who surprised me with a BIG bottle of Grand Marnier tonight as we start the new job in Yonkers!


I did the sink all by myself and NO LEAKS!!!



my garage...no room for cars, just bikes, kayaks and tools...



my kitchen in the small Northern Vermont home, no more will I bake bread and cook big pots of soup...

repair. I know how rewarding fixing stuff (and then working) can be.

No need for a car in the garage . . . bikes, kayaks and tools are more important! ;-)

And don't be so sure about not cooking in quantity. It's amazing what one can accomplish in small spaces.

By the way - I LOVE Vermont. My daughter went to grad school there and it was always fun visiting.
