Has anyone read the series of books on the Highly Sensitive Person?
One of my brothers recommended them to me today. Said I fit the bill perfectly. So I took the test, and, um, WOW.

Does this seem to fit any of you loners here?

1. Absolutely. When I read this book
it opened my eyes to the possibility that being highly sensitive was not a negative as I was brought up to feel!

It gives good, practical advice as well.

Highly recommended.

2. I scored almost 100% on the test.
I have been poring over the website and anything I can find on Google for hours.

Wow. I feel -- vindicated, to say the least.

4. I let my 22 year old daughter read it too when she was starting
to feel overwhelmed (anxieties) by her work/studies/relationships.....
Instead of running to the doctor for calming meds she learned to accept the limits/needs of her nervous system, and now she is doing just great.

HS people are fab, imo....:D:D:D
I love them. :loveya:

3. I started reading one of those books
But I soon concluded that I am a highly insensitive person. So I didn't finish it.

6. I scored 18,
which qualifies me. I answered conservatively, only marking those that were immediately obvious.
