I've had to put up with him all day. I dunno. I was taught "think, compose then speak". He just gets his mouth started and blabbles a bunch of nonsense syllables and then makes some sort of vague attempt at putting them together into understandable words and only belated does he realize that he has no idea what he's talking about.
