, it’s Acrylic, a media that I don’t normally do, but I think it turned out fairly well. Evidently someone else did also I sold it today.

I'm attracted to the turn-around time acrylics have, but not yet convinced that's the way for me to go at this time.

And congratulations on the sale! I use acrylic pretty regularly now, after starting out in oils. The clean-up is less toxic and I don't have to worry about the kiddies drinking the turpentine and damar varnish.

3. Just getting back onto it again, got burnt out

about two years ago, had this setting on my easel half finished, got tired of looking at it and making excuse for not finishing it. Lurking on this thread I think partially helped get me back into it.

Started an oil, now should be done in about two months ,maybe ,seeing it is summer , sure a lot of things to do now ,fishing ,boating ,guess I could use that as an excuse, scouting for a new landscape.Hhhmmmm….wonder if I can use that as a tax deduction,??? …Naa …..just kidding:)
