I have a question about Maroger Medium

I have a question about Maroger Medium
I started painting in oils over the winter. use to do acrylics. curiosity got the better of me.
Recently I've been experimenting more with mediums and came across articles and stuff about Maroger Medium.
It has lead and that makes me leery. I use Neomeglip by gamblin and am getting Sennelier Van Eyck gel. How do those compare with Maroger?
