Especially the 'unfinished' quality around the edges.

Thank you for that. Especially because sometimes I don't know when to quit on a sketch. It was kind of liberating to tell myself at an arbitrary point, "Y'know, it's done, I'm not doing any more now".

I was just looking at your thread! I love your work; One of the things besides your pure energy is the very deliberate way you arrange type on top. Writing in art has always one of my favorite things.

That one was for Dad on Father's Day. It's his favorite place in Paris. I have a ton of photos of Paris, some that I took & some in books. I think of that city as the location of the most densely-packed, human-made beauty.

I love your nature drawings. I'm going to go have another look right now.

Thankya Sugz hunneeeee, something finally got through the funk. And now I'm happily torn between 2 ideas vying for my attention :rofl: One is to ELP's Come & See the Show (I think that's the right title) and the other is an idea without a tune that fits: Flipflops & Clownshoes. Nothing's clicked yet, but I'm not letting it go just yet.

Been to see the Bulls yet? :D
