Two short Russian art films on itunein.com
Both about a Russian artist, "Viktor" - well, the first one, "Viktor in Action" is about him, the second one "Viktor Movie" is by him. The second one might not be safe for work. Nothing overt, but a few glimpses here and there.

We'd love some Amerikanski feedback! Thanks! :hi:

1. Well those were interesting.
Viktor in Action is cool because I just enjoy seeing someone during the creative process.

Viktor Movie is just awesome, visually and musically. I wish I understood the language to know what the lyrics are. It sounds so melancholy, and I've always gotten that vibe from Russia. Given it's history in just the last century alone I guess that's understandable.

I bookmarked that. I want to hear that again later.

Thanks for posting!

2. You're welcome!
We are setting the itunein.com site up for a variety of live streaming video, and these recorded shorts might be moved around to other site locations, but I'll have the links regardless and you can always PM me for them. But they'll probably stay as-is for a while.

The second one - in the scene with the spilled bottle, the nekkid man, the long-bearded other fellow; the long-bearded guy is a famous Russian singer named Boris Grebenshikov; he's a good friend of my husband's (actually put out an album with the Eurythmics a while back, too). He has a gorgeous, melancholy voice (you can hear it a bit with the singing near the end of that scene).

Thanks very much for your comments, Forkboy, I appreciate the feedback. We work with a lot of Russian artists, and are starting to put up some of their work at www.exturris.com
