1. I like the installation ideas he has

such as the painting that takes up the entire floor, and the wrap around room.

2. yeah even tho they're very decorative

and he's trading on the lives of other artists, but the concepts are worthwhile. Yes, I agree, if he would get into it being all about rooms rather than individual paintings, the idea would be stronger. I kind of like the flight of fantasy into another world. And some deeper things could be said, beyond decoration. Don't get me wrong, I'm not completely down on decorative, but usually I want more.
