It is enough to make one consider quitting the Republican Party. People ranted from the left that the war in Iraq was a diversion from a justifiable attack on Saudi Arabia, that the Bushes would never attack their close oil buddies in Riyadh, that there was too much of a connection between the petropimps from Midland, Texas and the ruling elite of Saudi Arabia. I didn't listen. After exhaustive research and new revelations now it seems that yes, indeed there is far too much there
for the Bushes to be trusted to act independently from the dictates of Riyadh.

A mountain of evidence indicates that there were dozens of warnings about Al Qaeda before the murders of September 11, 2001 that our government ignored, and the evidence points to a powerful faction of Arab sympathizers in our government that are so close to the Saudis that they may have allowed September 11 to occur, covered up evidence of their neglect, ran interference for the perpetrators and now are determined to have this nation act as Saudi Arabia's proxy in world affairs.

At present the Saudis and their shills appear to have the ear of the President and the Secretary of State. To fully understand the serious problem now facing this country by the continued misrule of the Bush Administration, one has to look at the family history. The Bushes represent an unbroken chain of American fascism that has more in common with the Wahabi Islamic variety of fascism found in Saudi Arabia than it has with the ideals of a constitutional democracy.

Let's look at the Bush record as it has evolved throughout history.

1933-4 were years of change for the American people. A transfer of power from a Republican Administration to the Democratic Party under Franklin D. Roosevelt, the wealthy corporate aristocracy who were overwhelmingly Republican were kicking and screaming. They did not trust Roosevelt, did not want his New Deal and were looking at the success of fascism in Europe with longing and envy. Most particularly, the Mellon, DuPont and J.P. Morgan families were becoming involved in a labyrinth of organizations in the United States which planned to install a European style fascist dictatorship in the United States.


Groups such as the Silver Shirts, the American Liberty League and the Crusaders were well financed by Wall Street dealmakers and tycoons. Although conventional history sources do not discuss it, Congressional investigators reveal that there was actually a detailed plan in effect to have a military coup d'etat in the United States financed by these same Wall Street interests and that a general, Smedly Butler, was recruited to lead a new, nativist, fascist movement that hoped to hold Roosevelt captive in the White House, letting him live so long as he did what he was told.

Butler did not go along with the plot. He reported it to the FBI and a Congressional investigation was held which confirmed the existence of the plot, but none of the conspirators were arrested.

Central to this world of wealth, privilege and intrigue was Prescott Bush, a future United States Senator and son-in law of one of America's most powerful investment bankers, George Walker.

Prescott Bush was a shareholder of Union Banking Corporation which was enmeshed with the financial dealings of one Fritz Thyssen, a leading industrialist of the Third Reich who was well known and subject of a horrifying autobiography for his financial and political support of the Nazi movement and who was unequivocally instrumental in promoting Adolph Hitler in to power. In this context, it is likely that the circles close around Prescott Bush, if not Prescott himself, were deeply involved in the conspiracy to have America follow into the footsteps of fascist Europe.

Thyssen supposedly repented in his book " I Paid Hitler " but he had already done incredibly serious damage. He later expressed his outrage and shock about the persecution of the Jews, but since he was a Nazi insider and indeed a major force in Hitler's political success, it is impossible to conclude that Thyssen did not know what Hitler stood for and what he was going to do.

There is no evidence that Prescott Bush himself was a Nazi or anti-semite, though John Loftus in his book " the Secret war Against the Jews " does hint at it. There is though the moral question of whether it was right to have business dealings with Nazi Germany after the racial Nuremberg laws were enacted and persecution of Jews became rampant. Prescott Bush did. In fact, he became enmeshed with legal proceedings with the Justice Department after World War II started as a consequence of these dealings under the Trading With the Enemy Act. (.http://www.clamormagazine.org/issues/14/feature3.shtml) Allegations have also been made that Prescott Bush even derived income from a slave labor factory at the Auschwitz concentration camp.(id) and was instrumental in supplying oil to the Nazi Air Force.

Senator Harry Truman (the future president) and others stated that Prescott Bush should be tried for treason.

As investigative journalist John Loftus points out, the Nazi connection from Bush to Bush was perpetuated in the family's choice of legal counsel to assist it when facing prosecution under the Trading With the Enemy Act. Future CIA chief Allen Dulles was lawyer of choice e for Americans with ties to the Third Reich. He devised means of hiding records, altering shareholder lists and essentially helping traitors cover up their tracks, with mixed results.(Loftus, supra )

According to Loftus the Bushes and the Dulles became allies and benefited jointly from Nazi connections, with Bush I benefiting into at least the campaign of 1988. When Dulles became head of the Central Intelligence Agency under Eisenhower, he was instrumental in bringing Nazi fugitives, wanted for crimes against humanity, into the United States to assist supposedly in covert operations against the Soviet bloc.

He also made Republicans out of them. An organization known as the Republican Heritage Council was quite active in the campaign of George Herbert Walker Bush 1988, until they were 'outed ' by Political Research Associates, a left wing think tank in Cambridge, Massachusetts. These eastern European emigres had skeletons in their closet so serious that some were subject to deportation. Their presence in the GOP was traceable to Dulles and perhaps his client Prescott Bush.

The Presidency of Prescott's son George H. W. Bush (Bush I) was, none too coincidentally, the time of the worst relations between the United States and Israel at any point during that tiny country's history.

It was known that no Jews were close to this President and it was clear that he was not exactly a friend of Israel, though he tried to make some amends when it was time to get re-elected. But by then Bush was a discredited President presiding over a depressed economy.. Clinton trounced him in 1992.

No Jews were appointed to the Bush I cabinet. None were appointed to the Supreme Court. The memorable line of his Secretary of State was " Fuck the Jews. They don't vote for us."

If there is any question as to the orientation of George Bush I on multiculturalism, it was embodied in his vote as a Congressman on the Civil Rights Act of 1964. He voted against it.

Authors David G. Dalin and Alfred J. Kolatch in their rather dispassionate book " The Presidents of the United States and the Jews ' (Jonathan David 2000) analyze the relations and attitudes of every United States President with Jewish individuals, the Jewish community and since 1948, the State of Israel. The worst relations and most problems clearly occurred in the first Bush presidency.

The summation of Dalin and Kolatch was that " Bush was clearly uncomfortable with Jewish influence in Washington.'

Former Israeli Prime Minister Yitzhak Shamir, in his memoir entitled Summing Up (Little Brown 1994) traces the hostility of Bush I to 1981 when the loudest critic of Israel's pre-emptive strike on Iraq's nuclear reactor was then Vice President Bush Once Bush I was inaugurate, .Israel then endured hostile remarks about the strength of Israel's lobby in Washington, the settlements in the historic territories of Judea and Samaria and Israel's attempts to defend itself from Palestinian terrorists who frequently massacre Israeli civilians.


During this time Israeli intelligence agent Jonathan Pollard remained imprisoned in the United States. Reports have come to the author that Pollard's motivation for aiding Israel came from his concern over the close relations Vice President Bush and Defense Secretary Weinberger had with the Saudi Embassy in Washington. Bush and Weinberger would reportedly spend every Friday morning with the Saudi Ambassador. This was known to Pollard, who was frightened at the Saudi influence over Washington.

Pollard remains imprisoned and his mail is censored. It is strongly believed by this author that Mr. Pollard remains in jail due to the influence of Saudi Arabia on both Bush presidencies, though President Clinton also declined to pardon him.

While Pollard received the longest sentence ever for spying for an ally, a spy for Saudi Arabia was let off with probation and a warning. (http://www.jonathanpollard.org/schwartz.htm) That itself is indicative of where the real power in Washington lies.

Bush I, with his fawning over the Saudis, apparently left us a legacy, though.

That legacy is responsible for the deaths of thousands of Americans and much human suffering. in other nations as well.

That legacy is Al Qaeda.

As the Vice President thrust upon Ronald Reagan, as a darling of the silk stocking corporate Establishment, Bush kept a portfolio of tasks which he administered from his office. His relations with the Saudis, whose commonality with the Bushes centered around, of course, oil.
This has been well documented in the book House of Bush, House of Saud by Craig Unger (Scribner 2004).

Al Qaeda was first reportedly organized to attack Soviet troops in Afghanistan with the assistance of the Saudis and the Central Intelligence Agency while George Bush I was Vice President but still likely involved in the world of covert operations as a result of his years of CIA experience, both as a director and likely as an operative.( See Loftus' Secret War Against the Jews , St. Martin's 1994 )

Saudi Arabia was then and is now a nation, which is authoritarian, with no democratic institutions whatsoever, in which women are disenfranchised and in which slaves are bought, bred and sold. It is a theocratic state, in which thieves have hands chopped off and public floggings, stonings and beheadings are a daily occurrence. It was closely allied with the Bush family's other favorite trading partner, the Third Reich, during the Second World War. (See Loftus pp 51-53)

Despite the supposed interest of the current Bush president, (Bush II ) in fighting terrorism, Saudi Arabian television has shocked the world by holding telethons to raise funds for the suicide bombers of Hamas, the criminally insane killers who blow themselves up along with young children at piazza parlors and discotheques because they hate Israelis. Yet Bush II has done nothing to punish his darling friends the Saudis for this support of international terrorism.

Saudi support for Hamas has been universal. In the poisonous Kingdom, Princesses have donated jewels. Cabinet ministers have donated Rolls Royce,. all to murder Israeli children.

But when concerned Congressmen introduced legislation to hold Saudi Arabia accountable for supporting terrorism and endowing institutions which promote terrorism, the Bush II State Department has vehemently opposed the bill, the Saudi Arabia Accountability Act which would hit Saudi Arabia with trade sanctions and restrict the movement of Saudi diplomats within the US until the problems are solved.( See http://www.senate.gov/~feingold/statements/04/01/2004225612.html)

Saudi support for terror is not just an Israeli problem. The Saudi establishment helped finance and create Al Qaeda and installed Osma Bin laden as its leader. (http://www.senate.gov/~feingold/statements/04/01/2004225612.html)

Survivors of Al Qaeda's vicious attack on the World Trade Center and the Pentagon have sued the Saudi individuals responsible for financing the criminally insane deeds of Al Qaeda. Amazingly, James Baker, the Bush family lawyer, is counsel to the Saudi defendants! (http://msnbc.msn.com/id/3067906/ )

The incestuous Bush Saudi relationship is so outrageous it is questionable whether conflicts of interest loom so large that impropriety cannot be ruled out.

For example, Unger points out a history of Bush collaboration with the Saudis on business ventures that shocks the conscience when its final extrapolation is considered. There is nothing wrong, one supposes, with allowing persons from a foreign land to invest in a troubled compoany you control, i.e. Harken Energy.

Nor is anything wrong with allowing persons close to a that nation manage your money or to participate in an investment company with them as partners, as the Bushes did with the Bin laden family in the Carlyle Group.

But after a member of your fellow investment partner's family sends a team of terrorists to attack the headquarters of the Department of Defense and flies to airplanes into skyscrapers and then you let the family members leave rather than be questioned as witnesses to the most horrible crime that ever occurred in America, you're not serving us.

In case anybody doesn't know, Bin laden's family in the US were co-investors with the Bushes in a company called the Carlyle Group. After 9-11 they, and several other rich Saudis with Bush Republican connections were put on a plane and whisked out of the country by our government so they would not be embarrassed by having to talk to the press or the FBI about their errant brother. Some people may call it obstruction of justice. Or is treason? After all, are we not at war with Al Qaeda?

George W. Bush has become a Quisling for the Saudis. Duh, that means you are a traitor, Mr. President. You are running interference for people who attacked us.
