Spoiler alert. Okay, I'm kind of a dim bulb.
Can someone tell me what the last scene of "The Triplets of Belleville" means?

2. Different scene.
Right before the credits roll, and the scene you describe.

It shows what appears to be an older version of Champion, sitting in a well appointed room, watching what appears to be the movie on a color TV. He turns off stage and says, "Grandma, I think it's over," or words to that effect.

3. Ah, my take
A tale within a tale. Champion reliving his memories as seen on the tube.

4. Okay, that makes sense.
I was looking for a sinister meaning where there was none. Just goes to show where my mind's at.
