just got the BK court stuff finalized and we are now officially in the "Design to Sell" mode!

so I'm gonna install new laminate, finish the paint inside and out, sell, trash or give away about half the junk I've got stacked up in here

and it's not so much about a fresh start as it is about getting out of this HUGE dirty city

10 years ago it was livable, now it's smoggy as hell all the time, MrK can't breath, can't enjoy his astronomy due to the light pollution and our house is worth a lot now, but I fear a housing bubble burst within a year, so now's the time

and I can bake bread anywhere LOL

Welcome to New Mexico, though. It's a weird state. A friend calls it the Land of Entrapment because so many of us move here and then don't ever want to leave.

As for trashing and giving away... are you familiar with "freecycle"? Post what ya got, people respond by email and pick it up upon agreement. I used it in Calif and it was great. It is very active here in Prescott, and I'm sure it is in your area.
