I am so stressed

The contractors sloped the shower floor 1/2 inch down to the drain

we test drove it last night and it doesn't freaking drain!

we have to re-drill the floor at the lowest point and try to figure out how to patch the orginal drain so it doesn't look crappy

I'm freaking out here, one month later I still don't have a single room done :argh:

1. 1/2 in. slope and it doesn't drain???

There's something weird there.... 1/2 in. slope in that small a space should drain okay... Anything wrong with the drain itself?

2. some how the floor dropped in a 2 tile area

he went from 1/2" to 1/4" to level and at the 1/4" it dropped. they think they may have stepped on it too fast and it compressed the one area

we figured out a "work around" that will be fine, but I was pretty dang bummed last night

we got the kitchen paint done today AND I got a call from the local newspaper to come in for an interview next week to do graphic design so that helped my mood a lot LOL
