he will come by on thursday to look at the building, and get started. we could see his wheels turning while we were talking. he was pleasantly shocked that i knew about bruce goff, and the ruth ford house, bavinger house, etc. (i wish this stuff was better represented on the web. google them if you are curious. some amazing stuff.)
he isn't cheap, but we are not buying some square box off the shelf. we are so excited. the good news is that there are some credits and grants out there for some of the stuff we will be doing, and he will help us get all that. i think in the end he will easily earn his fee.
