For those of you with older recessed lighting you'd like to change

i thought i'd post this link for you, this product is really spiffy and inexpensive and imho looks pretty damn good. My sister had some tragic recessed lighting circa 1990 and didn't have the budget to have it redone and then she found this, there is also a video clip so you can see the process, i wish i had some recessed lighting in my house. My sister paid about $20 a light.
