Here is a link to Home Depot's site. http://www.homedepot.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/ProductDisplay?storeId=10051&productId=100597029&langId=-1&catalogId=10053&ci_sku=100597029&ci_src=64119933&cm_mmc=shopping-_-googleads&locStoreNum=2579&marketID=43 The product is made by GE. Go to the link, click on "more info" tab, and then download the PDF marked "instructions/assembly"

1. For some kitchens it would be great
I'd like a dw like this since locating ours just to the right of the sink isn't the most convenient spot. However, you can only have a sink that's stainless and 6" deep. I'm hoping to have a very deep sink when we replace ours. But you bet I'd like the convenience of having the dw in the middle of the bank of cabinets.

It might even get me to clean out some of the crap I keep under my sink, too. That might be a good job to do anyway.

2. It can also go under a cooktop
If you have a wall oven, that would work well, too.

3. A wall oven ...
No wall oven, unfortunately. I could have one if I give up the double hung window that makes the area cheerful. A big decision.

After having a French door fridge for a while I see how convenient it is to have appliances you can reach into without stooping. I'm going to seriously consider abandoning the window to allow for a wall oven. Lighting is so creative these days I might not miss the natural light.

We're putting off the kitchen remodel for a while because of the mess & aggravation factors. And so often new appliances and surfaces emerge to make things easier for renovations. It'll give us time to make up our minds about what we really want. This fall/winter I'm starting a scrapbook of favorite pictures. What we like will start to form.
