3. Clad your walls with the aluminum sheets that printers use and discard

Put aluminum venetian blinds on the windows. Have the workshop exterior clad with aluminum siding.

Aluminum siding is sensible if your workshop needs new siding anyway. Otherwise, the first two items may attenuate the electromagnetic noise. Thin foil sheets would be less effective, so I would not bother. You cannot do this with a mesh screen, either.

I work in this area of electronics.

My employer's customers use arc welding equipment. It is pretty much assumed that they "interfere with radio and tv signals". Industrial facilities have weaker regulations on electromagnetic interference than do homes and office buildings.
