e-publishing?

a friend of mine suggested I see about self-publishing / e-publishing my cartoons...

I've been searching the web for information onthis - but it's like wading through a cess-pool

anyone have links or just plain info on how to go about e-publishing?

funds are tight (very tight) so I can't afford much to put into this...

You mean putting them on the web or compiling them into a book?

You could build a website showcasing your cartoons, then sell character merchandise at http://www.cafepress.com/cp/info/storeref.aspx?refby=moneywear">Cafe Press. Heck, they'll even put your work into a book, if that's what you're going for.

Domain Names are less than $5 now at Yahoo and you can get web hosting for next to nothing if you know where to look.
