Any websites out there that make good use of Flash animation?

I need to come up with some examples of "how to do it right."

As an example, the Hummer site, http://www.hummer.com . Sucky product, but the website has somnething going for it.

4. Yes, HUNDREDS of them!

Meaning, in a tongue in cheek fashion, that while there are thousands upon thousands of websites built with Flash, hundreds of them are good.

What kind of style are you looking for? There's grunge, techy, 3D, cartoon, corporate, all video, conceptual, you name it.

One my new NEWEST FAVORITEST websites with a messageboard is www.ultrashock.com

There you can browse the 'bombshock' awards, once is awarded a week, and they have to be either damn fucking good design-wise or insanely cool technically (re: scripting, back-end integration stuff).
