Web form not working in Mac 0S 10.4 Safari. Suggestions?

Web form not working in Mac 0S 10.4 Safari. Suggestions?
My tech guy tells me it's because the from itself sits inside a Dreamweaver 8 layer. Does this sound familiar? No problems with the form when using Firefox or I.E. on the Mac -- just Safari. Thanks.
