progressive seminaries: anyone attend one or know someone who has
i would love to hear from you. wouldnt mind if it were out of the country! but i dont think thats likely though thats not mine to say
i will try to check back here but in case i dont please pm me

im looking into progressive seminaries who offer a master of divinity. with a special interest in pastoral care/counselling and hospital chaplaincy. i want to integrate current energy work/alternative healing perspective
not becoming a minister per se but want to pursue a solid and creative education in a Christ based community

currently looking into
pacific school of religion in berkeley
earlham college in richmond indiana
lancaster something in lancaster penn
bangor theological seminary in bangor maine
union theological in nyc

1. OK, I'm checking in again.
To give you scuttlebutt I've heard about Union. I heard it's theologically/academically heavy. Nothing wrong with that, but the people I know who went there and weren't happy were looking for more spirit than theology.

But then, I only know a few people who left there. So the vast majority of students could be happy as pie there. :)

but a very well regarded school of course just not for everyone. and no place is
