I think the reason Republicans are the party of the rich is because they

are going to Hell. It is that simple. God in his infinite wisdom has decided that they get to enjoy this one life because they screwed it up so bad. They were given a choice, help others or help themselves.

They did make the wrong choice.

But I don't believe in Hell as it's popularly bandied about in the US, devils, fire pits and endless physical torment.

I do think they have elevated mean, greedy, and selfish to a political party agenda though.

I do believe in the prospect that if Jesus was risen from the dead, we too may be risen in another lifetime.
