Report on interfaith conference (Dallas)

I got to talk to my mentor, Rev. Tasnim, who was one of the speakers at the interfaith conference in Dallas. You'll be glad to know that even more speakers turned up than were listed, including another Wiccan priestess. Tasnim said that it was a great conference, with each speaker learning and appreciating the viewpoints of the others. I thought of it this way; each one represented a breath of the One, each vital, each important. Sadly, the participants had to have police guards, as there were threats from Christian fundamentalists. Too bad those folks hadn't gone to listen and to learn from the sharing and love that took place.
