Anyone here play the game Journey to Wild Divine?
We got it for a gift, and it has biofeedback hardware that integrates with the software to help you with breathing practices, meditation, visualisation, and maybe more. It's played as a game where you go through a garden and do things like use your breath to levitate a ball, raise and lower your energy to hit a target, and use what they call the Peace Breath to do any number of things. My husband and I are just starting to use it, and we'd like to know if anyone else has and what their experiences were like.

1. I have it and have used it.
It's pretty cool, nice graphics, and nice scenery in the "game." The biofeedback device seems to be pretty good and sensitive. It appears to have a rich environment to explore, but I never really explored very far in it.

One thing that really annoys me is that it changes your screen resolution to some very old-fashioned low resolution (480 X 640 pixels or something like that). The graphics still look good at that resolution, and it changes the resolution back to whatever you had before when you quit. But, the change causes every window that you have open to become resized to a number of pixels that fit a 480x640 screen. That is, when it goes back to a high resolution, every open window is now tiny and has to be resized back to something sensible and useful. Since I keep a lot of windows open, that means an annoying amount of time spent resizing windows every time I play the game.

There was a thread about Wild Divine in the Astrology etc. group awhile ago. It was long ago enough that you'll probably have to search the archives to find it. But there were a number of people who made comments about it, if I recall correctly.

2. Thanks for the feedback
since we have it on a computer that is rarely used, and only play the game, that problem hadn't come up with me. I'll check Astrology for the other thread.

3. Have gotten through?
I used Wisdom Quest after we talked about WD and finally got through it as well. There are a lot more breathing exercises and events based on them. You can also change the difficulty with WQ into 5 levels from very easy to very difficult. I only succeeded at the very easy level and the guide book for it is even more vague than WD.

4. Thanks for that information
We're thinking of getting that, but haven't yet.
