I have been practicing yoga off and on for years and recently I have been getting more serious. Through yoga I have become more interested in meditation and spirituality in general. These podcasts have been very helpful for improving my meditation, something I never felt like I was quite "getting" before. Anyway, I thought these were nice. Also, they have a forum there to post in, too.
