Stuart Brown wrote the book, literally and figuratively, on play. I found this audio
that I'll share. As I see it, this seems an appropriate topic for this forum because 'play'
is so closely associated with things like learning to be in the moment and fully present,
it's about the experience of joy and stepping into the flow, and when we taste this joy we can
know gratitude for the fullness of life and our place in the world, our connection.
It's so important and yet we have, like so many things in this culture, devalued it.

1. Many of us were made into left-brain prisoners to create better workers, still trying to escape.
