May you be blessed with 28 happy years together like Mr. Maat and I! May all your dreams come true! And so it is! Amen!

3. Are you two planning to be blessed with children?

Mr. Maat never seemed enthusiastic about the possibility. I kind of gave up. Then, I put us on the adoption list for the county we live in (I was a social worker for the county just north of ours). Then .. we were handed our little angel, and my husband just melted (as did I). Adoption's the greatest!

4. No. They make the world go around, I don't like children.

I guess it's the responsibility. I admire good parents, but don't see going through the trauma of carrying and raising children. Hubby and I see eye to eye on this.

7. You have to do what is right for you.

That's what is important - that you both agree.
