I had a friend who could mimic her picking sequence back in the late sixties and play Freight Train note for note in the way that she did differing in perfect style only because she played left handed on a right strung guitar. I spent later years looking for her recordings on and off until they were finally released on Folkways etc. She was a mean banjo player too.

I'd recommend reading up on her life story - was fortunate that the Seggers found her by pure chance. That helped change her life again which led to her rightful recognition in musical history.

2. Libba Cotton was amazing.
She played left-handed, right? I saw her play 20 or so years ago - truly amazing.
