A banner day for me
I had the pleasure of watching, or rather, being watched by a Peregrine Falcon who circled over my head today for several minutes! She was so close I could see the dark lines under eyes without adjusting my binos at all.

As I watched her dip and circle above me, a Bald Eagle flew past so low I saw the white head with my bare eyes!! I also watched a pair or Red Tailed hawks flying in a pattern not to far from where the Eagle flew in from.

Not life birds, but it sure was exhilarating!
