"Finish Line"

That is what I call this...

When I took the picture I had been tracking this little guy and I didn't even notice that I had pressed the shutter button right as this little guy passed the bouy. Is this a tern? I don't think it is a gull. :shrug:

2. Thanks. At this place there were a ton of ring-bill gulls

and few terns, but I wasn't sure what this one was. Thanks.
