Is there a good bird identification site online?

I have some books, but it'd be nice to mark a good site online as well.

1. Here's one that has an interesting "advanced search" feature

You can plug in things like color, size, region and other attributes. :)

4. Isn't it neat? I like to plug in data somewhat at random...

... using my region as the only constant... just to see what pops up.

I'm realizing that I haven't even begun to scratch the surface, in terms of the diversity of bird life here in New England. Very exciting! :)
