This is in upstate SC. Anybody know what kind of bird egg it is?

1. A little more info, please.
Egg size and shape? (bigger than a quarter? Smaller? classic egg shape or rounded?)

Habitat where you found it? (field, forest, lawn, bushes, etc)

That will help narrow it down.

2. CLassic egg shape. About size of a robin's egg. I found it on
the grounds of my apartment complex, near some shrubbery.

5. Hmm, that's a toughie.
I'm going to assume a wider range of color for "light blue" and make one more guess, based on what could be breeding right now in your area.

The previous eggs were Mockingbird. Here's Carolina Wren:

If it's not that, I don't know what it is. Sorry!

6. I believe that's it. And there are lots of Carolina wrens around here!

Thanks a lot!
