I was going to say it looks a lot like a Red-Vented Bulbul, but that's not an icterid...

The only icterid I can come up with that has red cheeks is the Baudo Oropendola from Columbia. And the only icterid with a crest I can come up with is the Crested Oropendola but that looks nothing like the image.
