Anyone now what this bird is?
There are a pair of birds around the house with about the same general size, shape and description as a Robin except for one big difference. Rather than having an orangish colored breast common on Robins this birds breast is a pastel blue. Beautiful bird. Just can't figure out what it is? Any ideas?

Thanks in advance if anyone knows.

Don

1. That's weird
Does it otherwise have a robin's coloring? Blackish head, gray upperparts, yellow bill? Or is the blue color more widespread? About the only thing that comes to mind as a possible candidate is Mountain Bluebird, but I see from your profile you're in Illinois, which would make these birds vagrants.

If that's not your bird, try to get photos and put them up here. I'm sure we can figure it out.
