Friday, 10/28: I worked out today--did you?
:hi: good morning


I'm still babying my hip a bit, so while I did jog today, I only did 2 miles. It felt like a really good 2 miles though. My 5K race is Sunday.

Then I went into the weight room and did pec, lat pulldown, rowing weights, tricep extension and ab work.

1. Plan shoulder work for later today
I'll attempt Military presses without the aid of a back support like the back of a chair. I may have to go light on these. This second hand bench I bought is not cutting it. I may have to buy a bench that adjust to a full upright position.
