Even when you can't see it on yourself, it works

I saw someone today that hasn't seen me in a couple of months. She said, "Wow! You look fantastic! You must have lost another 20 lbs.!"

"Well, maybe 5... but not 20," I responded, and thanked her.

"Well, you look amazing!"

Again, I thanked her.

And there I was just a few days ago thinking that my body wasn't changing all that much. I just needed to run into someone who hadn't seen me in a while... to help me put it in perspective.
