Tuesday, 11/8: I worked out today--did you?
Hi gang! :hi:

This morning I jogged for 3 miles and then I went into the weight room and worked on my abs. I mixed up my usual ab routine by trying out some new machines and exercises, and doing more reps of the ones I was already doing.

I'm going to be sore tomorrow (heck, I'm already a little sore now).

How did you guys do today?

1. I had an awesome workout this morning.
Started with tai-chi, then a Latin aerobic dance video, upper body weights & finished with abs yoga.

3. Just getting over the flu or some sort of virus after 3 days
of being couped up in the house. I think I'll take it easy this week. I'm still getting used to food today.

4. metatarsagia flare up subsided
Nonetheless, I wanted to rest my sensative feet today, so I did the upper body portions of the Body Blast Timersaver DVD.

I might take a short walk on my treadmill if my feet are up to it tonight. :-)
