Wednesday, 11/9: I worked out today--did you?
:hi: Good Morning

I spent this morning in the fitness center's indoor cycling class. I'm sure you've all heard me talk about Shelley, the spinning instructor--I swear she's an undercover hit-man and she's out to get ME.

Anyway after 50 minutes of pure torture, I went into the weight room and worked on legs and knees.

I did ball squats (squats w/ the big ball between my back and the wall) w/ 20 lbs., roman deadlifts, the leg adductor, leg abductor, the leg press and the leg extension.

I think I like this new set-up I've got going--concentrating on one section of the body each day (instead of just alternating machines). It really keeps me focussed on the routine itself, and it also gives me 2 days to recover from each section routine that I do.

So... what's up w/ you folks today?

1. I had a good workout this morning.
I did tai-chi to warm up, step aerobics, lower body weights & yoga.
Walked yesterday at lunch & will again today. Great fall weather for walking, cool & crisp.
