My new gym.
Okay, not mine as if I owned it (sigh...someday, maybe).

Having changed jobs recently, my new place of employ is very close to another gym. A real dungeon. Hulk Hogan and Lou Ferrigno lifted the very same weights I am now. The equipment is ancient, but works as it did day one.

This is exactly what I need to spike new growth. It's been one whole week, and I hurt. Nothing but old school, and I'm lovin' it.

I still have my other membership, and I go to that gym on the weekends for leg work, as my new place really lacks leg equipment. Also for the Hammer Strength equipment. I figure Saturday will be leg day, and Sunday will be a cornucopia of Hammer Strength usage.

Just thought I'd share.

2. Old school is the way to go, if it is good enough for
Arnold(bodybuilder only) and Ferrigno, it can only be good. Free weights are great and are the foundation of a good fitness routine. Enjoy muscle soreness, it let's you know you're growing.
