Today was shoulders, abs and 30 minutes of cardio.

3. I'm back! And I did yoga today!
Pretty good first day back for having been gone three weeks, although my lower back feels a bit weird -- probably still stiff from that long plane trip.

I have a new motivation to get healthy and fit and slim -- I'm going to deliver a talk at an industry conference at the end of January. I'm damned if I'm going to stand up in front of everybody and not look absolutely fantastic. :evilgrin:
