Anybody use the Total Gym??

After viewing the advertisements, its look as though the Total gym is an easy and effective way to exercise(don't they all). I'm wondering if any DU's use the total gym and what do you think about it??

1. Anything you actually use is better than something that sits in the corner

I prefer freeweights and kettlebells but to each their own.

2. Its Not as Smooth as it Looks

I tried a friends - I agree freeweights work alot better - cheaper and they don't wear out.
