Tuesday, 11/29: I worked out today--did you?
:hi: Good Morning!

Today, I jogged (outside!) for 3 miles and then came back to the weight room to do my leg/knee work.

There will not be too many more warm days to run outside. I feel I have to take advantage of them as often as I can.

Surgery on Monday. That's going to slow me down for a bit too.

What did you all do today?

2. I did not workout, I could barely drag my ass out of bed for work.
I am so sick. My body aches, my nose is running, my head is pounding & my throat feels like it has been scrapped with sand paper.
I want to go home & go to bed.
Forgive my whining, I hope to be back working out later this week!

4. Nope
Two sore feet. One with tendonitis of the achilles tendon and the other has fasciitis real bad... I can barely walk in the morning and I move furniture for a living.. Exercise at this time is out of the question..

6. Deadlifts in the AM and cardio in the PM
Finally broke out of my 285 rut and did 5 reps at 290. Now if I can just stay consistent until my birthday in Feb and I'll make my goal.

Ran 1 mile 1/8th at a time stopping to do kettlebell work in between.
