2. Grippers
Get some grippers and improve your had strength. Squeeze a tennis ball. I know how you feel. It drives me, and my wife, nuts when I get injured and can't work out or climb.

3. 4 mile walk, 15 min pilates cool down.
I know. I'm boring. But it's what is safest for my poor, stupid, ultra flexible joints and what seems to be effective.

Also, massive amounts of housework.

I had a cold, but did manage 20 minutes on the treadmill, for whatever that's worth.

5. I worked out twice on Wednesday.
45 minutes of cardio first thing in the morning.
30 minutes of cardio at about 9:00pm.
